Built beside Hong Kong luxury floors
Toolkitgardenhub exists for maisons and multi-brand boutiques that already care about clienteling — and need purchase history translated into cues advisors will actually use.
Origin
We began after watching skilled advisors in Central and Tsim Sha Tsui prepare for VIP visits with fragmented notes: till screenshots, WhatsApp threads, and memory. The purchase history was there; the visit-ready reading was not. Toolkitgardenhub formed to close that gap with disciplined cohort definitions and boards shaped for the night-before ritual.
What we believe
Clienteling is a human craft. Analysis should serve the conversation, not replace it. We refuse speculative scores advisors cannot explain, and we will pause a commission until export hygiene is honest. Luxury guests in Hong Kong notice when outreach feels generic — our work aims to keep outreach specific without sounding surveilled.
Working approach
Engagements mix floor listening (when your house permits), structured workshops in or near Kwai Chung, and careful remote build cycles. We name a floor champion early, keep revision rounds finite, and leave a short playbook for refresh cadence. Our people have backgrounds in retail operations, merchandise planning, and visual analysis for boutique assortments — not in selling software licences.
Community & place
From Cheong Wai Mans Kwai Chung we work across Hong Kong doors: private previews in Central, leather goods houses in TST, contemporary multi-brand floors in Causeway Bay. We adapt language and rituals to each maison’s etiquette while keeping the same discipline around privacy boundaries and field definitions.
