Pricing follows the consultation model: fixed project fees where the deliverable is defined, day or half-day rates for clinics, and quote adjustments when doors, languages, or export complexity expand the work.
From HKD 48,000
Includes discovery, floor listening where permitted, board build, two revision rounds, and handover. Additional doors, bilingual advisor materials, or unusually fragmented exports are quoted as line items after the brief review.
From HKD 18,000
Ten to fourteen business days for an agreed cohort set, written brief, three recommended moves, and one readout. Multi-store merges or more than two seasons of dense history may extend the fee.
HKD 9,800 per clinic
Up to ten advisors, half day, cue cards, and manager debrief. A second half-day for weekend or part-time teams is billed at the same rate.
From HKD 12,500 per season
Affinity mapping, sequenced outreach draft, working session, and tracker template. Rush windows under five business days carry a rush surcharge disclosed before work starts.
Number of doors, cleanliness of purchase exports, whether VIP definitions already exist, and whether we may observe live clienteling moments.
Commissions and audits typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the start week. Clinics are payable in full seven days before the session.
