Refund & cancellation

1. Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on engagement type, how much work has started, and whether a deposit or full prepayment was collected. All requests should be emailed to info@toolkitgardenhub.click with your proposal reference.

2. Deposits

Dashboard commissions and purchase pattern audits typically require a 40% deposit. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel before work starts. If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed start date, we refund the deposit minus a HKD 1,500 administration fee. Cancellations inside ten business days forfeit the deposit, because preparation slots are reserved.

3. Work already started

Once discovery sessions, export review, or floor listening has begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused later stages may be partially refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, documented in writing.

4. Advisor Floor Clinics

Clinics prepaid in full may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least seven days’ notice. Cancellations with fewer than seven days’ notice are non-refundable. No-shows without notice are non-refundable. If Toolkitgardenhub must cancel a clinic, you may choose a full refund or a replacement date.

5. Seasonal Collection Readiness Briefings

Because briefings lock to collection calendars, cancellations inside five business days of the agreed delivery window are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations receive a partial refund after deducting research already completed.

6. Materials prepared for you

Printed cue cards, custom trackers, and completed board files delivered under the engagement remain yours according to the statement of work. Costs for third-party printing already ordered at your request are non-refundable.

7. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days of written approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

8. Rescheduling commissions

Start dates may be moved once without penalty if both parties agree at least ten business days ahead. Further moves may incur a rescheduling fee reflecting analyst availability.

9. Exceptions

Statutory rights under Hong Kong law that cannot be waived remain available. Force majeure events that prevent delivery may lead to credit or refund of unused fees after discussion.
