1. Acceptance

By accessing toolkitgardenhub.click or engaging Toolkitgardenhub for consultations related to luxury retail clienteling dashboards and purchase pattern analysis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.

2. Services described

5. No guarantees of commercial outcomes

Analysis and boards support clienteling decisions. We do not guarantee sales lift, conversion rates, or appointment outcomes. Retail results depend on staffing, assortment, and guest choices outside our control.

7. Liability

For paid engagements, liability caps and remedies are set in the statement of work. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to any dispute clause in a signed engagement agreement.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
